Vineland Four Corners project getting $14 million in tax credits

From Press staff reportsVINELAND - The developer of the Four Corners project has announced a large award in state tax credits toward a residential and commercial portion of the plan.Hans Lampart, head of Eastern Pacific Development Corp., said the project had been granted more than $14 million in such credits.The award covers primary financing for the work on the project's southwestern corner, Lampart said. The site, which currently holds the East Landis Hotel, will include affordable-housing apartments for seniors, to be rented for between $300 and $525 per month, and 4,800 square feet of commercial space.
