The Richard Stockton College softball team allowed three total hits in a doubleheader sweep of host Drew University in nonleague games Thursday.

The Ospreys (28-9) won the first game 2-0 and the second 8-0 in a game that ended after five innings due to a mercy rule.

Michelle Pietrocola struck out 15 and walked one in a complete game one-hitter in the first game. Then, Brittany Ksiezopolski struck out four and had no walks against the 17 batters she faced in the second game.

Offensively, Nicole Chabak doubled twice, had two RBIs and scored a run. Stockton hosts a doubleheader against New Jersey City University at 1 p.m. Saturday.

Stockton baseball: The Ospreys (20-16) suffered a 9-2 loss to Kean University (29-6) in a New Jersey Athletic Conference game. Barry Larro (Cumberland Regional) went 2-for-3 and scored a run for Stockton. Pinch hitter Matt Calabria (Barnegat) doubled and scored a run.

For Kean, Ryan Reitmeyer (Lacey Township) went 3-for-4 with two RBIs.

Stockton men's lacrosse: Nick Bologno was named to the Skyline All-Conference first team while Eugene Isola and Drew Wright were selected to the Skyline second team. The trio led the Ospreys to a 7-9 record.

Bologno leads the league in points per game (4.94) and ranks second in goals per game (3.19), plus fifth in assists per game (1.75). The sophomore produced one of the best offensive seasons in school history by tying for the second-highest point total ever (79) and scoring the third-most goals in program history (51).

Stockton track and field: The women's 4x400 relay team of Jamie Christensen, Meagan Simmons (Southern Regional), Nicole Salge and Nikki Stratton finished seventh in the College Women's 4x400 CTC race at the Penn Relays in Philadelphia in a time of 4:09.92.
