Chain restaurants and fresh ingredients don't normally go together. But when it comes to McCormick & Schmick's, the new seafood restaurant inside Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City, freshness is given new meaning.

While most restaurants have a hard time reinventing a menu twice a year, McCormick & Schmick's doesn't only offer a new menu daily it offers two of them; one for lunch and one for dinner.

"We bring in product every morning, every day of the week," says general manager J. Holmes, adding that the restaurant offers 85 to 110 made-to-order dishes daily. Cape May Fish Market staying busy despite onset of fall weather

It's hard to believe Cape May Fish Market hasn't always been on Cape May's Washington Street Mall. Welcoming sidewalk tables and chalkboard specials out front beckon passing pedestrians to come in and check out scrumptious-looking seafood displayed in brightly lit glass cases.
