Seabright Beauty Empty spaces transformed into English paradise

For Prudential Fox and Roach realtors, Mark Arbeit and Mitch Tannehill, the Seabright on Rumson Show House was the perfect opportunity to transform a home filled with empty space.

"We bought the home in February 2008," says Arbeit. "We could see that it needed to be renovated. We could see that it had potential and great bones, but we knew that it needed to be totally renovated. We knew that we needed to make some renovations to increase the size a little bit."

Rose Newman established the RNS Cancer & Heart Fund in 1961 in memory of her daughter. All proceeds from the Show House will go to four local hospitals in part of RNS. This year marks the 17th year Show House at the Shore. More
