Ocean City Airport Festival, Aerobatic Show
It's a weekend of flight in Ocean City, beginning Saturday, Sept. 15, with the Ocean City Airport Festival at the Municipal Airport.
The festival, open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., will showcase a ground display of unusual airplanes ranging from World War II aircraft to classics and war birds. The Municipal Airport is located at 26th Street and Bay Ave. Admission is free. Call 609-525-9223.
The Boardwalk Aerobatic Show takes place Sunday, Sept. 16, and will feature some of the best stunt pilots in the world performing over the beach between 6th and 14th streets - including aerobatic champions and military demonstrations. The free show begins at 1 p.m.

NJ State Firemen's Convention in Wildwood
The New Jersey State Firemen's Convention will attract thousands of firemen for meetings, seminars, exhibits and other events from Thursday, Sept. 13, through Saturday, Sept. 15.
The convention weekend includes the annual Burn Foundation Benefit Golf Tournament on Thursday, a craft show taking place Friday and Saturday, as well as a parade with firefighters from throughout New Jersey riding aboard their fire trucks along New Jersey Avenue - beginning at Crocus Avenue and ending on 8th Avenue - at 1 p.m. Saturday.
