Atlantic City Aquarium

Atlantic City Aquarium at Gardner's Basin displays fish, reptiles and amphibians. Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 17 and 18: diver Santa show 11 a.m.; exotic animals show 2 p.m. Preschool story time 11 a.m. Tuesdays. Admission: $8 adults, $5 children. Call 609-348-2880.

Bird Observatory

NJ Audubon's CMBO has the Research & Education Center, 600 Route 47, Middle Township, and the Northwood Center on Lily Lake in Cape May Point. Call 609-861-0700.

Free Avalon Seawatch all day every day through Dec. 22 at Seventh Street and the beach.

of Cape May
