Atlantic City Aquarium

Atlantic City Aquarium at Gardner's Basin displays fish, reptiles and amphibians.

Stargazing presentation by the South Jersey Astronomy Club noon to 1 p.m. Jan. 19; preregister.

Atlantic County Parks

Register now for free nature craft classes for 3- to 5-year-old preschoolers at 10 a.m. or 1 p.m. Jan. 18 at Fox Nature Center, Atlantic County Park at Estell Manor, Route 50 south of Mays Landing.

Free course in orienteering - navigating the woods with compass and map - 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 19 at Estell Manor Park; preregister.

Wetlands Institute

Wetlands Institute, 1075 Stone Harbor Blvd., Stone Harbor, has displays and gift shop. Admission $8 adults, $6 ages 3 to 12, includes activities. Call 609-368-1211.
