Spring has arrived in South Jersey and the Society of New Jersey Artists and Gallery 50 in Bridgeton offers the "Harbingers of Spring" exhibit in tribute to the season.

Images of daffodils, baby animals, budding trees, farmers' fields, and people gardening are depicted in the paintings on display through the end of the month.

The show is sponsored by Martini Shoes of Vineland. Founded in 1948, the Society of New Jersey Artists draws artists from throughout southern New Jersey.
