Richard Riveral, who has recently returned to his artistic roots in South Jersey, is the featured artist of the month for March at the Hammonton branch of the Atlantic County Library System.

A graduate from Atlantic Cape Community College with a degree in art, Riveral pursued a career in graphic arts and audio visuals in Philadelphia and the metropolitan area in Washington, D.C., for several years. His return to the area is a good fit for his continuing pursuit in the fine arts, he said.

“I look forward to an exciting, challenging and productive future in the area,” Riveral said in his artist’s notes for the new exhibit.

The library exhibit is curated by the Hammonton Arts Center and features a different member artist each month.

The library is located at 451 Egg Harbor Road. The gallery can be viewed during regular library hours: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays;

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. For more information call the library at 609-561-2264 or the Hammonton Arts Center at 609-567-5360 or go to
