Careme’s, the student-run, gourmet restaurant at Atlantic Cape Community College’s Academy of Culinary Arts, is celebrating autumn with a special three-course fall harvest dinner special for $19.95 per person, plus tax and gratuity through Nov. 25.

Under the direction of Chef Steven Cozzi, students will prepare an a la carte menu featuring appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and desserts. Fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables harvested from Atlantic Cape’s organic greenhouse and herb garden will also offer patrons a farm-to-table experience. Student chefs also make all desserts, breads and rolls. Tableside cooking may also be offered.

Careme’s is located at Atlantic Cape’s Mays Landing campus at 5100 Black Horse Pike. Dinner seating begins at 6:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and the restauarant is open August through December and January through May when classes are in session. VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
