A farm-to-table dining experience is still available here, as Executive Chef Anthony Micari handcrafted a menu that features ingredients from Beach Plum Farm in Cape May as well as other neighboring farms and local fishermen.

Options include lobster Caesar salad with truffle dressing, bacon-crusted roasted scallops and appetizers of oysters on the half shell or grilled shrimp and cheddar grits with balsamic-jalapeno strawberry jam. For an entree, guests can choose between roasted free-range, locally caught flounder or steak frite and cake, a New York strip with jumbo lump crab cake and hand-cut parmesan truffle fries.

"The change of seasons and change of menus allows us to offer epicureans a diverse culinary experience," Micari says in a press release. "There is such an abundance of great flavors - to eat and drink here at The Ebbitt Room - and we are thrilled to give our guests great options all year long."

Micari's menu will be updated again once spring rolls around and Beach Plum Farm specials will be available each night through the winter.
