Ringing in the New YearRestaurants celebrate with party packages, dinners and more

Central Michel Richard Executive Chef Michael Williams displays snowman vacherin, tartare of filet mignon, salmon with Brussels sprouts and butternet squash, and a classic Napoleon to be served New Year’s Eve at Revel in Atlantic City.

Washington Inn, 801 Washington Street, Cape May, 609-884-5697. Early seating four-course menu will be served from 5 to 6 p.m. with choices for each course. Selections include escarole soup, seafood bisque, scallop risotto or Maytag blue cheese mousse. A winter greens salad comes before a choice of grilled filet, veal saltimbocca, crab gratin or pan-seared salmon. Dessert choices include tiramisu cheesecake, pear frangipane tart or cinnamon ice cream. Price $55. Four-course menu will be served all evening. Starters also include Delaware Bay oysters on the half shell, Jonah crab tower, crispy duck spring roll, lobster ravioli and exotic mushroom crespelle. Winter greens salad. Entrees include herb-crusted rack of lamb, grilled filet au poivre and garlic herb prawn, Barolo-braised short rib, espresso-rubbed magret duck breast, pan-seared Chilean sea bass or seared tuna loin. Desserts include vanilla creme brulee, raspberry chocolate mousse cake, bananas Foster, champagne sabayon, berries and winter fruits. $85 per person.

Gregory's Restaurant and Bar, 900 Shore Road, Somers Point, 609-927-6665. New Year's Eve special dinner (in dining room) starts at 4 p.m. Three price categories $26.99, $32.99, $36.99. Entrees include whole lobster, surf and turf, prime rib, veal, scallops, shrimp and fish dishes; optional appetizer and dessert menus. All include champagne toast, soup and salad. New Year's Eve Free party (in the bar) begins at 10 p.m. Hats, horns, surprises. Free midnight buffet with entertainment by Josh Bassett. New Year's Day is Taco Tuesday. All-day roast pork and sauerkraut lunch special ($6.99). Regular food and bar service resumes at 11 a.m.

Renault Winery Resort & Golf, 72 North Breman Ave., Egg Harbor City, 609-965-2111. Offering three ways to celebrate this New Year's Eve. Joseph's Restaurant will be offering its regular a la carte menu with seatings from 5 to 9:30 p.m. The Gourmet Restaurant will offer a seven-course dinner with two wine samplings, with seating from 5 to 9:30 p.m. First course is colossal shrimp with mango cocktail sauce; second course is soup; third course is butternut squash cannelloni; fourth course is raspberry sorbet; fifth course is winter greens with dried fruit and maple vinaigrette; entree choices are stuffed chicken with imported prosciutto and mozzarella cheese, Chilean sea bass over crab risotto, or filet mignon and lobster tail; dessert is white and dark chocolate mousse. $55 per person plus tax and service charge. The Tuscany House Grand Ballroom is offering a cocktail reception starting at 8 p.m. followed by a three-course gourmet dinner featuring filet and lobster, crab strudel. Dancing to Double D Entertainment featuring DJ Dan Bates. Open four-hour bar, hats and noisemakers, champagne toast at midnight. $110 per person plus tax and service charge.

Mickey & Minnie's, 733 W. White Horse Pike, Cologne, 609-965-1877. Serving noon to 10 p.m. Monday, Dec. 31. Four-course dinner selections for New Year's Eve includes soup du jour, salad. Choice of entree to include wienerschnitzel ($27), German wurst sampler ($26), prime rib ($32), sauteed chicken ($26), veal Oscar ($32), lobster ravioli ($32), broiled seafood combo ($35) and stuffed pork loin($26). Dessert choices include homemade carrot cake, apple strudel, molten lava cake and Bailey's Irish cream cheesecake.

Stockton Seaview Hotel & Golf Club, 401 S. New York Road, Galloway, 609-652-1800. New Year's Eve buffet dinner served 6 to 9 p.m. Adults $75 per person, children ages 6 to 12 $34.95, children ages 5 and under are free. New Year's Day brunch served 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Adults $54.95 per person, children ages 6 to 12, $25, children ages 5 and under are free. Reservations required.

Four-course dinner served 4 to 6:30 p.m. Entrees include prime rib, stuffed flounder, chicken Chesapeake and broiled carb cakes. $32.99 per person. Party option served 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Featuring butlered hors d'oeuvres, cheese and vegetable crudites, stationed Swedish meatballs and mussels marinara, pasta station with penne a la vodka, carved prime rib and stuffed pork loin, vegetables, rolls, dessert and coffee station, open bar, champagne toast at midnight, party favors and to-go station. $75 per person, $140 per couple, $500 for table of eight. Celebration package 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. includes four-course dinner. Entrees include lobster tail, char-grilled choice filet mignon, pan-roasted duck or lamb osso bucco. Live entertainment and champagne toast at midnight. $75 per person.

Philippe Chin French-Asian Bistro, 800 Bay Ave., Somers Point, 609-926-3500. New Year's Eve first seating a la carte 4 to 7 p.m. 8:30 p.m. and later features hors d'oeuvres at the bar then a seated four-course diner plus an intermezzo. Dancing, live music with Shawn Ashley and Doug Johnson, party favors and champagne toast. $100 per person. Closed New Year's Day.

The Flanders Hotel, 11th and Boardwalk, Ocean City, 609-399-1000. Serving dinner from 4 to 9 p.m. in Emily's Restaurant. Course choices include a sparking cider toast. Appetizers: lobster bisque, mussels marinara or spinach and artichoke dip. Field green salad with blue cheese balsamic. Choice of grilled filet mignon with Maker's Mark demi; jumbo lump crab cakes with roasted carrot and ginger puree; stuffed breast of chicken with spinach, goat cheese and fine herbs; honey fig balsamic glaze, herb-crusted Chilean sea bass with a citrus beurre blanc; or braised lamb shank with root vegetable ragu. Entrees include surf and turf ($100), rack of lamb ($90), chilled seafood tower ($100), Long Island duckling ($70) and lobster and shrimp island style ($90). Dessert choice included. Champagne toast, party favors. Live music from 6 to 10 p.m. DJ after 10 p.m.
