The world’s No. 1 cooking publication “Taste of Home Cooking” will return to Galloway Township for a deliciously entertaining evening featuring exhibits, cooking shows and restaurant samples 5 to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at Stockton Seaview Hotel and Golf Club.

The Taste of Home Cooking Show will feature exhibitors, a behind-the-scenes reception for VIP ticket holders, food samples from local restaurants, Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG-FM’s “Welcome Show,” Taste of Home shows and many other events.

Culinary Specialist Eric Villegas will be in attendance at the event. Villegas conducts cooking school shows throughout the country.

“I thoroughly enjoy meeting so many enthusiastic fans of Taste of Home,” he says in a statement. “They inspire me with their love and cooking and support for our program. I really enjoy the camaraderie that is built working with the local volunteers in putting together the big show.”

Villegas studied liberal arts at Michigan State University and, after that, he moved to France where he attended Anne Willan’s LaVarenne Ecole de Cuisine and Steve Spurrier’s Academie du Vin.

Following two years abroad, he returned to continue his studies at New England Culinary Institute.
