Holidays are created to celebrate many different occasions - none more important than Mother's Day.

It's that special day set aside for the one who started it all, the woman who cared about us and cared for us for a long time.

And in some cases, the person who happily made the same white bread, yellow mustard, bologna and potato chip sandwich every school day for eight years, just because that's what her son liked to eat.

Congress Hall - 251 Beach Avenue, Cape May, 609-884-8421. Brunch served in the ballroom, seatings 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Adults $38, children younger than 12 $13, younger than 3, free.
