The Savor Borgata Culinary Series continues on Saturday, April 22, with Beer and Bites, highlighting selections from Long Bar along with brews from Dogfish Head Brewery.
Taking place at 1 p.m. at Long Bar, the lunch includes tasty bites prepared by Borgata’s Excecutive Chef Tom Biglan and paired with a selection of Dogfish Head Brewery’s savory beers.
The first course is a tasty seared scallop paired with Sea Quench Ale, followed by a flavorful carmelized duck breast paired with Flesh and Blood IPA. The final bite is a slow roasted pork served with grilled fingerling potato salad and paired with 60 Minute IPA.
