‘Grease’ at Levoy Theatre

The Off Broad Street Players will come to the Levoy Theatre for a new production of “Grease,” beginning Friday, Jan. 31, and running through Sunday, Feb. 9.

The classic musical has the famous movie hits, including the title track, “Summer Nights” and “Hopelessly Devoted to You.” Showtimes are 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, 7:30 p.m. Thursdays and 3 p.m. Sundays.

Dorian Parreott Quartet at OCC

Dorian Parreott will return to Ocean County College, this time leading his quartet, for the latest installment of OCC’s Midweek Jazz Series Wednesday, Feb. 5.

The classically-trained Parreott has played with the Scott Joplin Orchestra, Eastern Wind Ensemble, Monmouth Symphony, the Garden State Philharmonic and the Top Brass Quintet. The 90-minute show begins at 8 p.m.

Tony Mart Presents ‘Live at Atlantic City Bottle Company’

Tony Mart Presents will present a free concert series at the Atlantic City Bottle Company beginning Friday, Jan. 31, with an evening performance by the Dan Burke Trio.

Upcoming shows include Ernie Trionfo and Danny Eyer on Feb. 7, Howard Isaacson on Feb. 21 and Patty Blee with Ernie Trionfo on Feb. 28.

‘Battle at the Boardwalk’ Cheerleading and Dance Nationals

Top cheerleading and dance teams from across the nation will compete for the title of National Champion at Boardwalk Hall at the 14th annual “Battle at the Boardwalk” Cheerleading and Dance Nationals, taking place 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, and Sunday, Feb. 2, in Atlantic City.

Competitions will feature cheerleading and dance teams competing to receive prizes, gifts and awards. “Battle at the Boardwalk” is a Cheerleading Worlds and U.S. Finals qualifier, where teams will have an opportunity to win partial and paid bids to Worlds and U.S. Finals season-end competitions.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $12 for children ages 6 to 10, and $12 for seniors age 65 and over. Children 5 and younger are free.

A two-day pass is available at $20 for children ages 6 to 10 and seniors 65 and over, and $30 for adults. Tickets will be sold at the Boardwalk Hall box office the day of the event. Call 877-322-2310 or go to
