Revel will give a sneak preview of its much buzzed-about roster of more than a dozen restaurants with a three-day food, wine and cocktail event from Friday, May 18, to Sunday, May 20.

Taste of Revel, a joint venture with Food & Wine and Travel + Leisure magazines, will showcase the upscale casino resort’s extraordinary range of culinary talent.

Highlights include a two-hour kickoff party with Revel chefs Michel Richard (Central, O Wine Bar), Robert Wiedmaier (Mussel Bar), Alain Allegretti (Azure) and Iron Chefs Jose Garces (Amada, Village Whiskey, Distrito Cantina) and Marc Forgione (American Cut); as well as sessions about “The Art of Paella” with Garces; “Big Fish” preparation with Allegretti; and how to “Conquer the Steak” with Forgione.

There also will be VIP box experiences tied to performances by Maroon 5 and The Black Keys at Revel’s Ovation Hall, multicourse VIP dinners with Richard and Weidmaier, beer and wine tastings, and a healing yoga and tea cleanse in conjunction with Revel’s spa.

The weekend culminates in an over-the-top “Pig Out,” featuring the chefs’ multiple takes on the other white meat.
