3. Learn something new

Get those creative wheels spinning again at the Ocean City Arts Center, located at 1735 Simpson Ave. Learn to ballroom dance during “Dance with Me Ballroom,” available by appointment. Your first lesson is free. Or try your hand at watercolor painting Mondays from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Registration is $20 per class. Check the website for more options. 4. Get organized

Ready to tackle that over-stuffed attic or that closet that’s bursting with clothes? The Mental Health Association in Atlantic County is helping individuals part with their junk during Buried in Treasures workshops, 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesdays. 5. Enjoy life

In your quest to live a fulfilling 2017, don’t forget to laugh. Stop by two comedy clubs in Atlantic City for loads of chuckles this week. The Atlantic City Comedy Club, located inside The Playground Pier, 1 Atlantic Ocean, is hosting performers 8:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6 and 8:30 and 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7. Tickets are $19.
