The 10-piece cover band named Don't Call Me Francis is one of the most popular and talented groups in South Jersey, drawing big crowds from a loyal following it has attracted over the past 21 years.

Founder Francis Orsini formed the group in 1991, and he also is the only remaining member from those days, but he says the collection of musicians around him today is as talented as ever.

Nearly everyone in the group multitasks, singing while playing their instruments to present much fuller sounds that allow them to faithfully reproduce party classics from Earth, Wind & Fire to The Sugarhill Gang to Van Halen.

"We really make the crowd feel our performance," says Orsini, a Marlton resident by way of Pennsauken. "We make them throw their hands in the air, scream. It's a non-stop party jammer."

You can see the band regularly rocking the house at Eden Lounge in Harrah's, The Deck at the Golden Nugget, Caffe Luciano Lamberti in Longport, La Costa Lounge in Sea Isle City and Flip Flopz in North Wildwood.
