The Dogtooth Bar & Grill is a Wildwood favorite with a year-round summertime feel.

Since it opened five years ago, owner Brendan Sciarra has emphasized a friendly approach.

"At the core, it is the personal elements of Dogtooth that makes it shine," Sciarra begins. "I was inspired to open the restaurant by my father's love of the ocean and store, Kona Surf Shop. I opened Dogtooth with the concept that we could offer an eclectic, yet relaxed, atmosphere for locals and tourists, alike."

Dogtooth serves Asian, Mexican, and American fare, and there is live entertainment on the weekends, even in the winter.

But, perhaps the biggest draw is the full-of-life energy in the establishment.

"No matter when you stop in at the Dogtooth, you will always find the staff having fun while on the job," Sciarra says.

"We believe that smiles are contagious, and we never forget that our most valued commodity is our customer," he says. "We are so proud that we see customers over and over again - sometimes even in the same week. We definitely don't take that for granted."
