Joseph and Sharon Muhammad of Spring Valley NY release a Hope Balloon. Joseph grew up in Atlantic City and has been back visiting relatives for the past month over the holidays. Friday December 28 2012 Community members gather at Horace Bryant Park in Atlantic City for a healing ceremony in light of all the negative things that have happened recently.
