Chef Rob Pappas of Galloway and co-owner Lou Freedman of Margate at the Pizza counter. Friday January 11 2013 Bocca Coal Fired Bistro in Margate. The restaurant opened Oct. 10 after the owners spent lots of time and money gutting it down to the floor and building custom. Then sandy came along 19 days later and flooded the place. But they were one of first in town to reopen, partly because of fast cleanup crew, but also thanks to lots of volunteer help - some from people they hardly knew.(The Press of Atlantic City / Ben Fogletto)
