Devlin starts clean up of destroyed Halloween decorations in front of the house. Sunday December 2 2012 Debbie Lou Devlin of Margate decorates her Jerome Avenue home each month for the season, but now still with no electricity, for the first time the house is dark as she deals with damage from Sandy. Halloween decorations still can be seen, a trailer is in the driveway and her decorated basement is devastated. (The Press of Atlantic City / Ben Fogletto)
