Future Stone Harbor Elementary School student Tommy Yarson 4, of Avalon, and his mom Kim, sign the welcome back banner at the entrance to the school, Tommy's sister Brooke attends the first grade at at the school. The Stone Harbor Elementary School reopened for the first time Monday morning March 11, 2013, since being flooded and closed from Hurricane Sandy.
