Fourth grade student Jenna DiPasquale and her mom Meghan, from Avalon, were one of the first to arrive at the school for the opening. The Stone Harbor Elementary School reopened for the first time Monday morning March 11, 2013, since being flooded and closed from Hurricane Sandy.
