Keren Perilman at the entrance to the basement speakeasy of the home with a "Nucky's Place" sign above her. Perilman has owned the house at the corner of Cornwall and Winchester Avenues, in Ventnor, since 2006. Nucky Johnson used to live here and the basement was used as a speakeasy in the 1920s.
