EAST RUTHERFORD - The Eagles ended the most disappointing season of coach Andy Reid's 14-year tenure with one of their worst performances Sunday at MetLife Stadium.

New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning threw five touchdown passes during a 42-7 victory over the Eagles in what is expected to be Reid's final game as head coach.

The Eagles ended the season with a 4-12 record, their worst since going 3-13 in 1998 under coach Ray Rhodes. Reid who won a franchise-record 140 games, will likely be fired on Monday.

Manning matched the record for most TD passes against the Eagles. It was last accomplished by San Francisco's Joe Montana in 1989.

The Giants turned the game into a rout early by scoring on their first four possessions.

Eagles quarterback Michael Vick, who was playing for the first time since suffering a concussion on Nov. 11, threw an interception on his first pass attempt. He completed 19 of 35 passes for 197 yards and threw a 7-yard TD pass to wide receiver Jeremy Maclin.

Vick is also expected to be released or traded after the season.
