PHILADELPHIA - The Eagles have a shot at earning their second straight victory after enduring an eight-game losing streak.

They rallied from an early deficit to take a 13-10 lead over Cincinnati at halftime Thursday at Lincoln Financial Field.

Trailing 10-0 after the first quarter, the Eagles cut the Bengals' lead to 10-7 on quarterback Nick Foles' 11-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Riley Cooper, then tied it on place-kicker Alex Henery's 22-yard field goal. Eagles defensive Brandon Graham, who had two sacks in the first half, set up the kick by forcing a fumble with a sack against Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton.

Henery gave the Eagles their first lead on a 20-yard field goal with 17 seconds left in the first half. The Eagles defensive set it up with their second turnover of the second quarter. This time, defensive tackle Cullen Jenkins knocked the ball out of Dalton's hand and defensive end Darryl Tapp recovered it.

The Bengals took a 10-0 lead a 1-yard TD run by running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis after Eagles wide receiver Jeremy Maclin lost a fumble on the Eagles' second play from scrimmage.

Bengals place-kicker Josh Brown booted a 24-yard field goal after Eagles punter Mat McBriar accidentally kicked one into teammate Marvin McNutt.
