PHILADELPHIA - The Eagles' streak of success after regular-season open weeks came to an ugly end Sunday.

Atlanta scored on its first six possessions en route to a 30-17 victory at rainy Lincoln Financial Field.

The Eagles (3-4) entered the game with a 13-0 record in games after a bye week under coach Andy Reid. That came to a quick end as the Falcons scored three touchdowns and three field goals.

Quarterback Matt Ryan, a Philadelphia native and Wildwood summer resident, completed 22 of 29 passes for 262 yards with three TD passes and no interceptions.

The Falcons (7-0), the NFL's only unbeaten team, moved the ball at will for most of the game in Todd Bowles' first game as the Eagles' defensive coordinator. Bowles took over after Juan Castillo was fired last week.

Running back LeSean McCoy scored both of the Eagles' touchdowns.
