LANDOVER, Md. - The Eagles' slump continued on Sunday.

They suffered their sixth straight loss via a 31-6 defeat to Washington at FedEx Field.

The Eagles are in the midst of their worst losing streak since 1994, when they dropped their final seven games under coach Rich Kotite.

The last four losses have all been by 13 points or more, the first time that's happened since 1976.

The 25-point margin of defeat was the Eagles' highest since a 48-22 loss to New Orleans in 2009. It was their worst loss to the Redskins since a 28-3 setback in 1998, which was coach Ray Rhodes' final season.

Redskins rookie quarterback Robert Griffin III threw four touchdown passes and ended the game with a perfect quarterback efficiency rating of 158.3. He completed 14 of 15 passes for 200 yards and the four TDs.

Eagles rookie quarterback Nick Foles threw two interceptions in his first career start. Both turnovers occurred in the first quarter.

Running back LeSean McCoy was taken off the field on a cart with one minute, 45 seconds left in the game.
