Eagles general manager Howie Roseman is at it again.

He engineered another trade on Friday morning, sending running back Felix Jones to Pittsburgh in exchange for outside linebacker Adrian Robinson.

The deal became official late Friday night after both players passed their physicals. Jones, who signed a one-year deal with the Eagles after five seasons with Dallas, has been sidelined during training camp with hamstring and oblique strains.

Jones was a long shot to make the Eagles' roster. He was fighting with rookie free agent Matthew Tucker and second-year veteran Chris Polk for the job as the No. 3 running back behind LeSean McCoy and Bryce Brown.

Robinson, a former standout at Temple University, would probably play special teams for the Eagles.
