PHILADELPHIA - The Eagles will need a second-half comeback if they want to win their home finale this season.
Eagles rookie quarterback Nick Foles committed two turnovers that helped Washington take a 13-10 halftime lead Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field.
Foles lost a fumble and threw an interception in the first half. He now has eight turnovers on the season.
The Eagles got off to an encouraging start, taking a 7-0 lead on Foles' 27-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Jeremy Maclin. It marked just the second time this season the Eagles scored a TD on their opening possession.
The Redskins countered with a pair of field goals from rookie Kai Forbath and an 11-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Robert Griffin III to Joshua Morgan.
Eagles place-kicker Alex Henery booted a 38-yard field goal with 18 seconds left in the first half to cut the Redskins' lead to three points.
