PHILADELPHIA - Michael Vick will not be playing in today's home finale against Washington.

Vick, who was medically cleared to return to action earlier this week, is among the Eagles' inactives. Coach Andy Reid opted to dress just two quarterbacks against the Redskins and decided to stick with Trent Edwards as the backup to rookie starter Nick Foles.

Reid had stated earlier that Vick would be the No. 3 quarterback on the depth chart, but had not decided whether to have him as one of the 46 players who would be active for the game.

Vick has not worn his No. 7 jersey since suffering a concussion against Dallas on Nov. 11.

Running back LeSean McCoy is in uniform today and will start against the Redskins, though rookie Bryce Brown will also get his share of carries. McCoy is playing for the first time since getting a concussion at Washington on Nov. 18.

In addition to Vick, the other Eagles inactives for today are: tackle Matt Kopa, fullback Stanley Havili, running back Chris Polk, wide receiver Greg Salas, defensive end Darryl Tapp and guard Danny Watkins.

Watkins, the Eagles' first-round pick in 2011, has been one of the season's biggest disappointments.

Rookie Emil Igwenagu will start at fullback and Colt Anderson replaces Nate Allen as the starting strong safety.
