WBC lightweight champion Adrien Broner will be fighting at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City again next month.

The fighters agreed to terms last month, but the bout was not finalized until this week.

Broner (25-0, 21 KOs) will make his first defense of the title he won in Atlantic City last November when he takes on Wales native Gavin Rees (37-1-1, 18 KOs) on Feb. 16.

The fighters agreed to terms last month, but the bout was not finalized until this week.

The co-feature on the HBO Championship Boxing card will feature a rematch between American heavyweight contenders Johnathon Banks (29-1-1, 19 KOs) and Seth Mitchell (25-1-1, 19 KOs). Banks handed Mitchell his first loss via second-round knockout on the Broner-Antonio DeMarco card on Nov. 17.

Tickets will be priced from $25 to $300 and will go on sale Friday. They will be available through pressofatlanticcity.com/tickets. Caesars Atlantic City is hosting the fight.

Also, boxing returns to Bally's Atlantic City a week later on Feb. 23 in a card featuring Somers Point middleweight Patrick Majewski (20-1, 13 KOs) and Middle Township light-heavyweight Chuck Mussachio (18-2-2, 5 KOs). Majewski will fight Jamaal Davis (14-8-1, 6 KOs) while Mussachio will meet Lionell Thompson (12-2, 8 KOs).
