Egg Harbor Township junior-middleweight DeCarlo Perez earned his third straight victory Saturday night at Harrah's Philadelphia in Chester, Pa.

Perez (9-2-1, 3 KOs) gained an eight-round, unanimous over formerly unbeaten Dante Moore (8-1-2, 4 KOs), of Cleveland. Two judges gave the 21-year-old Perez a 77-75 advantage while a third favored him 78-74, according to scores posted on boxrec.com.

Another local fighter, Atlantic City junior-welterweight Althea Saunders (3-0-1), was also scheduled to compete, but her opponent, Philadelphia native Laura Incarnato, withdrew from their four-round fight for unexplained reasons.

Boxing returns to Atlantic City on Feb. 16 when WBC lightweight champion Adrien Broner (25-0, 21 KOs) defends his title against Gavin Rees (37-1-1, 18 KOs) at Boardwalk Hall. The co-feature is a heavyweight rematch between Johnathon Banks (29-1-1, 19 KOs) and Seth Mitchell (25-1-1, 19 KOs). Banks earned a second-round TKO in their first meeting on the Broner-Antonio DeMarco undercard at Boardwalk Hall last Nov. 17.

A week later, Somers Point middleweight Patrick Majewski (20-1-1, 13 KOs), Middle Township light-heavyweight Chuck Mussachio (18-2-2, 5 KOs) and Millville featherweight Joshua Caban-Reyes (3-0, 1 KO) will be in action at Bally's Atlantic City.
