Somers Point middleweight Patrick Majewski bounced back from his first career loss with a quick victory Saturday night.

Majewski (18-1, 12 KOs) earned a third-round TKO over veteran Antwun Echols (32-18-4, 28 KOs) at the Landers Center in Southaven, Miss.

Majewski, 32, was fighting for the first time since suffering a sixth-round KO defeat against Jose Miguel Torres last Nov. 5 at Mohegan Sun in Conn.

Echols, 40, a resident of Davenport, Iowa, fell to 1-13-1 in his last 15 bouts dating back to 2005.
