These three fruit dips can inspire eating good snacks

Atlantic City Triathlon secures final approvals for inaugural race

It's official. The Atlantic City Triathlon is happening - definitely - in September. Organizer Stephen Delmone got word Tuesday that the city issued a permit, the last thing Delmonte needed to be assured the race is a go.
