Minor-league hockey returns to Atlantic City for the fourth and final time this season when the Albany Devils host the Hershey Bears at Boardwalk Hall at 4 p.m.

Albany, the American Hockey League affiliate of the New Jersey Devils, still is searching for its first win at the Hall this season. The Devils lost 5-4 in a shootout to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, 5-4 to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers and 3-2 in a shootout to the Adirondack Phantoms.

Albany had the AHL’s lowest attendance last season, and New Jersey state officials have said they would like to bring the franchise to Atlantic City permanently.

Attendance for the games at the Hall has increased each game, from 2,803 to 4,005 to 5,135. Today’s game could follow that trend: Boardwalk Hall general manager Greg Tesone said when the games first were announced that Hershey fans are known for traveling well.

The Devils bring some momentum into today's game. They snapped a four-game losing streak Saturday when they rallied from a 3-1 deficit to beat the Binghamton Senators 5-3.
