Gaborik, Alfredsson added for charity hockey game in Atlantic City

Several more NHL stars were added Tuesday for Saturday's charity hockey game at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City.
The Rangers' Marian Gaborik and Ottawa's Daniel Alfredsson were among another handful of players signing on for Operation Hat Trick, according to a release from Caesars Atlantic City, which is sponsoring the game. Operation Hat Trick will benefit Hurricane Sandy relief charities.
Gaborik, Arron Asham and Mike Komisarek were added Tuesday to the Team New York roster. PK Subban, Andrej Meszaros and Andreas Lilja joined the other squad - which has been called both "Team Philly" and "Team New Jersey," with several players from both the Flyers and Devils. A Caesars spokesperson said the team names are "still being finalized."
While Gaborik and Alfredsson were the biggest names among Tuesday's additions, the most intriguing one might be Meszaros. The Flyers' defenseman had surgery on his right Achilles' tendon in early August.
