It will be a nervous weekend for the Lacey Township and Oakcrest high school football teams.

Those teams will need residual points from past opponents to earn a spot in the South Jersey Group III playoffs.

Here's how the playoff field looks heading into the weekend.

Cliched: Timber Creek (7-0); Hammonton (6-1); Moorestown (5-3); Central Regional (5-2); Woodrow Wilson (5-2).

Timber Creek clinches the top seed with a victory over winless Highland Regional. Hammonton will have a first-round home game.

On the bubble: Lacey Township (4-4); Kingsway Regional (4-4); Oakcrest (5-3); Delsea Regional (4-4); Manchester Township (4-3); Mainland Regional (3-4).

Manchester clinches a spot with a victory over Pt. Pleasant Boro (4-3).
