Curt Kugel, left, 75, recently took three of his grandchildren and three of his children on a tour of the Chelsea neighborhood in Atlantic City, where he grew up. The family stands in front of Jackson's Corner store, at Jackson and Ventnor avenues, which was a barber shop where Kugel got his hair cut as a child.
