It's very strange to wrap my head around the fact that my sister will be graduating in less than two days. I'm really proud of her and can't wait to have her so close again - three cheers for studying in Philadelphia!

The weather this week has been absolutely terrible, with rain and wind and storms, so I haven't been able to do much. However, yesterday was my Abschiedsvortrag (Farewell Presentation) in Potsdam, and it was very difficult. A good friend of mine in my Rotary Club is leaving on Tuesday and it was probably the last time we will have seen each other for years.

My host brother is coming home tomorrow from his exchange year in Brazil, and although I am looking forward to meeting him, I'm also a little resentful of giving up being an only child! I'll take it as a blessing though, I guess. I can get used to one, then maybe four siblings won't be so hard. Just kidding, the constant noise and rush and noise and noise is something I totally miss. Not. (I love them all anyway)

Aside from that, I have nothing much to write about, and I should really get to correcting my essay - the differences between NBA and FIBA. The marking period will be over on Monday and so this is my last chance. Wish me luck!
