The Richard Stockton College men's basketball were not one of the 62 teams to make the NCAA Tournament. The selections were released at noon on Monday.

Stockton (19-7) lost to William Paterson on Saturday 67-63 and missed out on an automatic bid. Despite the Ospreys playing well in second half of the season, it apparently did not meet the criteria to earn an NCAA bid.

Stockton won 16 of its last 19 games with two of those losses coming to Paterson, which is ranked 13th in the country.

The Ospreys needed to get one of the 19 at-large bids to get into the tournament.

Stockton will compete in the ECAC Metro Region Tournament, which starts Wednesday.
