Tropicana appoints Fiocco, Tartaglio

Tropicana Entertainment Inc. has named Eric Fiocco to vice president corporate marketing and Tina Tartaglio to vice president corporate human resources.

Fiocco will continue as senior vice president marketing at Tropicana Atlantic City. He joined Tropicana Atlantic City in 2011.

Bar association honors Rosenberger

The Atlantic County Bar Association has given its Robert N. McAllister Award, for a lawyer licensed in the state for 25 years with a reputation of honesty, integrity and professionalism, to John H. Rosenberger, of Rosenberger and Wolf.

Rosenberger lives in Ventnor with his wife, Jane. They have four daughters: Mary, Kacey, Carolyn and Laura.

Directors change at Capital Bank

Two directors have joined the board of Vineland-based Capital Bank of New Jersey, and one has retired.

Daniel S. Falasca, of Buena, has retired after serving as a director since Capital Bank’s inception in 2007.

Joining the board are his son, Daniel Falasca Jr., and Patricia Pilone.

Falasca Jr., of Vineland, is president of Falasca Mechanical Inc., a large plumbing and HVAC contractor.

Pilone, of Cherry Hill, Camden County, is president of insurance services for CPI Companies, of Voorhees.

All three were among the bank’s original 27 organizers.

Benedetti joins Hamilton Mall

The Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing, managed by Kravco Co., has hired Greg Benedetti as marketing manager.

Benedetti previously ran his own marketing agency, GeeWiz Marketing Communications, and was vice president of promotions for Star Group Communications.

Business seminar on tax, law changes

A seminar hosted by the Small Business Development Center at Richard Stockton College in Atlantic City and the commercial division of Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors in Northfield will be held from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Atlantic City Country Club in Northfield.

The free seminar will cover 2013 tax rules, SBA 504 loans, tax appeals, property insurance and condominium restructuring.

Pastore named event planner

The Reeds at Shelter Haven in Stone Harbor, which will open this summer and is taking wedding and event bookings for Sept. 15 and beyond, has named Leslie Pastore as event coordinator.

Pastore previously worked for eight years on event planning at the Avalon Yacht Club. She is a graduate of Kean University in Union Township, Union County, and lives in the Del Haven section of Middle Township with her husband.

3 nurse practitioners join Shore Physicians

Shore Physicians Group has added three nurse practitioners at its offices in Somers Point and Northfield.

Ann MacMurray, who joined a Somers Point office, earned her nursing degree from Thomas Jefferson University and her Master of Science Degree in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Richard Stockton College.

Ann Grosso, who has joined the Northfield office, received her nursing degree from Stockton, Master of Science Degree in Advance Practice Nursing of Adults and Aged from Rutgers University, and Master’s Degree in Advance Practice Nursing, Family, from Stockton.

Monica Eckman-Brown, who joined a Somers Point office, received her biology degree from Stockton and Master of Physician Assistant Sciences Degree from Saint Francis University. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Gephart joins Acre Mortgage

Frank Montufar, manager of Acre Mortgage in Galloway Township, has announced the addition of Walt Gephart to the firm as director of its reverse mortgage department.

Gephart has several years experience in originating reverse mortgage loans while serving as a branch owner and loan officer.
