Two Atlantic County homes are being sold in a Web site auction sponsored by the Kennedy Wilson Auction Group in California, which also is hosting a live auction July 26 at the Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel in Elizabeth.

The nearly two dozen New Jersey homes are all bank-owned. The ones in Atlantic County are:

According to the Web site, sales are not contingent on buyers obtaining financing. Buyers can check with the listing agent for the seller's preferred lender and financing information.

To buy a home during the live auction, a cashier's check for $2,500 is required. For more information, call 877-292-2995.
