Revel names Ziereis
VP, group sales
Revel has named Jim Ziereis as the resort’s vice president of group sales.
Ziereis has 25 years experience in the Atlantic City casino industry.
Most recently, he worked as vice president hotel sales for Caesars Entertainment.
Ziereis began his management career as a hotel front-desk supervisor at Resorts International in 1984. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.
Mark Holder has been appointed vice president of community banking at Cape Bank in Cape May Court House.
Holder started his banking career as a teller at National Penn Bank.
Holder lives with his wife, Nancy, and their children Myles and Miranda in Vineland.
The fifth annual Jersey Shorecast, a panel discussion on the outlook for the upcoming tourism season, will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. May 10 at Stockton Seaview on Route 9 in Galloway Township.
Keynote speaker will be Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno.
Panelists include Jeff Guaracino, of the Atlantic City Alliance; Lori Pepenella, of the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce; Joseph Kelly, of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber; Oliver Cooke, associate professor of economics at Stockton; Michael Busler, associate professor of business studies at Stockton; and Diane Wieland, of the Cape May County Department of Tourism.

Day at the Races
The Greater Atlantic City Chamber will hold its second annual Chamber Day at the Races and Networking Mixer at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Atlantic City Race Course.
There will be live racing and networking in a private VIP reception area with food catered by Carrabba’s Italian Grill and private cash bar. Gates open at 2 p.m. with the first of six live races at 3 p.m.
