The board of directors of Trico Lift has appointed Chris Carmolingo as the company’s new chief executive officer and president.

Carmolingo replaces company co-founder and former President Ken Pustizzi, who announced his retirement earlier this year.

Carmolingo is an 18-year veteran of the company and served most recently as chief operating officer.

Trico Lift has eight branch locations covering the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Gulf Coast regions.

offers free seminars

The New Jersey Small Business Development Center at Richard Stockton College will offer two free seminars in in May at the Carnegie Center, 35 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Atlantic City.

From 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, “Create the Future Today: Strategies for a Thriving Business,” will be presented by Brian Braudis, founder and owner of the Braudis Group, a consulting, coaching and training company.

From 9 to 11 a.m. May 16, “Building a Winning Business Plan,” will be presented by Carol Waties, assistant director of the Small Business Development Center.

Morey to address

county chamber

The Cape May County Chamber of Commerce will hear Will Morey, chairman of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, at its meeting May 16 at the Chalfonte Hotel in Cape May.

Morey is president and CEO of Moreys Piers and Beachfront Waterparks, and is a Cape May County freeholder.

Maloney president

of Univers in Hammonton

Univers Workplace Solutions, a national benefits administrator based in Hammonton, has named Craig Maloney as president.

Maloney previously was an executive vice president for Aon Hewitt.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Fairfield University in Connecticut and has completed executive management courses at the University of Chicago Business School and Harvard Business School.

in Philadelphia firm

Enid L. Hyberg has been elected partner of Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, based in Philadelphia.

Hyberg works in the firm’s Linwood office.

She represents public utilities and municipal agencies, and clients have included Atlantic City Electric, New Jersey-American Water Co., the Longport Zoning Board of Adjustment and several local municipalities.
