Vineland-based Capital Bank of New Jersey, has promoted Denise Zemanik to vice president.
She serves as Capital Bank’s Vineland regional manager and is the bank’s security officer.
Before joining Capital Bank in 2007, Zemanik worked at Minotola National Bank for 25 years. She recently graduated from the Leadership Cumberland County program.
The Delaware River and Bay Authority has named Richard H. Arroyo, of Mays Landing, as the agency’s new police administrator effective July 1.
Arroyo was named director of State Park Police for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in 2008 after serving in the State Police for 25 years.
He has a master’s of science degree in administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

The Professional Chef’s Association of South Jersey will hold its annual fundraiser, Chefs at the Shore, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Historic Gardner’s Basin in Atlantic City.
The event will feature signature dishes from area restaurants, cooking demonstrations, live music, a silent auction and and open bar with beer and wine.
