"The target audience is existing businesses that are looking to get more information on buying commercial real estate and/or equipment utilizing the available programs that will be discussed," SBDC Director Joe Molineaux said.
He said Janice Johnson, a commercial real estate representative with Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors in Northfield and developer of the seminar, will participate.
Participants will include Glenn Insurance Agency; Fitzpatrick, Bongiovanni & Kelly, CPAs; Levine Staller, attorneys at law; and the Regional Business Assistance Corp.
At Atlantic Cape Community College's main campus Thursday, industry experts will discuss how professionals can become certified under new energy efficiency and sustainability regulations as they relate to retrofitting, repairing and rebuilding homes affected by Hurricane Sandy.
