Perfect Solutions Software is a full-service IT company specializing in small- and medium-sized businesses and helping residential customers with all of their IT needs.
We can resell Internet services through Comcast and Verizon, as well as wireless through AT&T and Sprint.
We are Microsoft, Dell, Cisco and Hewlett-Packard certified business partners. We’re also Google Apps authorized sellers of its services through the cloud. We’re Apple consultants as well.
For the residential customers, we install and configure all of the Internet devices of today’s modern home, including PCs, tablets, modems, routers and smartphones, and repair computers. Anything that needs to get networked, we’ll handle. We can set up cameras and make sure the TV gets Netflix and Hulu.
For businesses, we also design, create, maintain and cure the network infrastructure and Internet phone systems. We’ll also repair and maintain servers and upgrade them as needed.
Our PSS Rewards Club is a plan that allows customers to pay a flat fee and know their technology will be maintained and they’ll be able to take classes to better use it.
I also teach at Atlantic Cape Community College, and we’re going to start offering some classes here in subjects such as Google Docs, home networking and PC repair.
Entry: I was a stockbroker and mortgage broker and survived both bubbles. I decided to enter the tech field for more stability and growth without booms and busts.
Paul Dawley came out of school and started working for IBM, and he decided to start his own business instead of working for a large corporation so he could stay local. I joined him a little over two years ago.
We previously were located just down the street in a small office park. We relish having a large, freestanding building where we can display business machines that we sell.
The future: If everything goes well, we’d like to add more locations. We’re really pushing the retail side of things, and working on some really big things such as the largest free wireless hot spot in Northfield with about a mile radius.
